Fall comes after summer. The days become shorter because their is less sunlight hours during fall. The leaves start to change color and fall off the trees. Everything starts to turn brown, orange, and yellow. It also starts to become colder at night. Fall is usually when people carve pumpkins, go apple picking, and harvest their crops for the winter. Animals also get prepared for the next season.
